few thoughts:

1. i love warrick and like flip. i think that they'll be decent replacements.
2. why the hell did we have a pargo sighting???
3. why do they refuse to play devin brown???
4. lol what the heck noah, wide open dunk
5. derrick is too passive with the ball, he needs to get to the basket, not defer and not overuse his jumper
6. that was a very sloppy game, it's amazing we didn't have more TO

well i think we're only playing him as back up pg. we're no longer asking him to score. i think i'm more okay with that.

Allow me to answer some of these for you:
2. Garbage time, why the heck not?
3. He's not that great...
4. He hasn't played in a while, but that was still pretty freaking hilarious. I don't think it'll happen again.
5. Not if he doesn't have to. There was no real need for him to be super aggressive since we had this game pretty much in hand in the 2nd quarter. He was just trying to get more of his teammates involved.

2. acie law? devin brown? and he was playing in the second quarter
3. he averaged just under double figures in NO, give him a chance
4. haha yeah, that was just amusement
5. well just kinda in general, he seems to take his jumper as his first offense with getting to the basket being secondary. his jumper has gotten great, but i want to see easy baskets.

2. I'm guessing Law hasn't integrated himself like Warrick and Murray have. He'll probably work his way above Pargo. Or at least I'm hoping. Brown not playing then probably ties in with 3.
3. I agree that he should play more, but he's still not that great.
5. My guess is that the defense is giving him the jumper. He's gotten pretty darn good at that jumper, so he takes it. Then when the defenses realize "Oh right, Rose can shoot" they play up on him and that's when he blows by.

Just a few fun facts: 19-9 since Christmas, averaging over 100 points a game in that stretch, and over a +4 point differential. By the numbers we're playing better than we did after last season's trade right now. I really hope we can finish out the season strong, we really should be capable of 45+ wins.

Was anyone else disappointed that Joe Alexander was inactive? I wanted to see him in some garbage minutes.

Who wants to bet that he can shoot a better percentage from the field than Pargo? I don't think he's even played at all this year...and he barely played his rookie year. I guess if he remains inactive we'll never find out. :p

This Bulls team should be able to finish out the regular season pretty well. 12 more wins to a .500 season, and going .500 probably means a playoff berth.

The thing that this team has going for it, is that it has a lot of veterans in the rotation in Kirk Hinrich, Luol Deng, Brad Miller, Flip Murray, and Hakim Warrick. Then the three young guy, Derrick Rose, Joakim Noah, and Taj Gibson are very mature young guys. That makes a good recipe for winning.

sg- JJ
sf- alexander
pf - grey
C- jerome james

Taj Gibson is just exceeding any expectations I had for a guy drafted 26. He's had so many good games this year.

Kirk Hinrich has had himself a nice little stretch and the new guys will fill in just fine off the bench.

I know the bulls have beaten 4 bad teams (and have beaten them like they should) but I'm hoping this team can go on a run like last year and give us all some excitement.

I've had the same feeling with this team the last two years. a blah first half, then a trade at the deadline that injects some life into the team.

Hopefully they can get something in the offseason to take that next step because I still wouldn't be satisfied with a 1st round exit. I'm sure all of us are sick of that.

Joe Alexander will never contribute anything at all in a bulls uniform or in any NBA uniform, the guy was a bust before he was even drafted, dont put high hopes on this kid just because hes white and jump somewhat good doesnt mean theres a place for him in this league

I fell in love with Taj after his first game in the pre-season. It was clear to see that this kid was going to listen, play hard, & play team basketball. You could see his maturity out on the court. I had no idea he would be doing what he's been doing the past few weeks but you could see that this kid had the smarts & the work ethic to be a quality player in this league.

And I know it's only been 2 games & they were against crap teams, but the new guys (Warrick & Murray) have fit in like Connex pieces & are willingly making the extra pass. It has been fun to watch. 26 assists on 44 FG's & only 3 TO's. I couldn't believe that stat when I read it last night.

What has gotten me excited is, WE ARE BLOWING OUT BAD TEAMS! This hasn't happened all season! And with Noah coming back & this soft schedule, I can smell the 5 seed. Keep it up Bulls!
