Lack of a quality Oline yields lack of quality QB development. Lack of a quality Dline yields continual 2nd and 3rd level tackling and consequent points given up.

Poles, supposedly understood these concepts and was going to try to get us a 49er like Dline and Oline. So far he is failing in this regard. Free agency and the draft in 2023 must address these deficiencies before we have a gun-shy / happy-foot QB prospect destroyed by this lack of personnel and philosophy.
