It's also possible Jay throws a bad pick or fumbles to set up Indy on a short field. That sort of sunny hypothetical thinking is weak from Hoge. We are pining over Jay Cutler?

1) Athlete. Good size, length, and athletic traits in speed/agility
2) intelligence red flag. writing on the wall that grades/sat were not good enough to go to big programs despite physical traits. JuCo route to Big 12. 1 big year. Raw as can be. Has had very little experience and coaching as a top level WR compared to other talent at his level.
Merideth:
1) Athlete. Good size, length, and athletic traits in agility, quickness
2) Small school background. But as a QB. The question is less is he even smart enough? it is "How smart is he?". Is he one of the smarter guys on the field? Was he just an athlete at QB or does he understand routes? defenses? seems? already?
you might lose .15 seconds over 40 yards in speed, but you gain .15 seconds in recognition several times per play.
We fucked up a top pick and got lucky its going to largely be covered up by finding a better football player with similar traits. If you retain Jeffery in FA then White becomes part of the depth, and you hope you get lucky but its ok.
