Yeah, I have seen some shit. In High School I drove a 'courtesy car' to and from O'Hare for a hotel near the airport. Half our business was airline crews staying over night. There was one Braniff pilot that had to be carried to his room at 4AM, then I drove him to the airport at 7AM for a 9AM flight. This happened every week.
Of course I was always high on that job, but it was just a car and it was just weed.

Yep. Those pilots, man. If I owned a large business, especially an Airline, I would be more concerned with employees going out and getting hammered more than I would if they were smoking weed in their free time. Ultimately though, I would only concern myself with people showing up on time and doing a great job and being an asset. As long as they did that, I wouldn't worry about what recreational drugs they use in their free time.

Great flick. I have seen pilots much more fucked up than Denzels character, but none of the flight attendants were as hot as Nadine Velazquez.

I'm going into the health care profession as well. Doesn't matter what that laws are but we would still be required to pass a drug test. Kind of crazy but it is what it is.

The really shitty part is a manufacturer or grower cannot ship their product across state lines, so you have to set up shop in each state. Basically its Special person.

I had to fire a really good operator that was cool working second shift over drug arrests. He passed the drug test though.
