Also i heard Nick Friedell(Sp?) talking on the radio today and he said that Noah clearly looked frustrated and started to run at Boozers guy because Boozer didnt bother to. Now i didnt notice that, i thought it was just a switch or something but i'll take that guys word for it, considering he covers the team and watches every game multiple times.

Everyone and their mother knows Boozer is playing like trash, sorry if that upsets you. We want our highest paid player to play at least of the level of our 3rd best player.

Did you even read anything I posted? I said I'm not happy with his play. This feels like arguing with a 10 yr old about what is good music.

Oh and I'll take the coaches & teammates words over some hack who writes for ESPN, the most overrated & hyped sports site in the history of sports.

Yeah i read every word you wrote. You said hes not playing good but for some odd reason youre so upset that everyone is shitting on him and his play.

Ive written nothing that resembles the argument of a 10 year old. Everything ive wrote is based off of opinion of what ive seen from Boozer, current and in the past. I didnt bring up irrelevant comparisons like Joe Johnson or put words in your mouth like you did about him starting because he would ***** if he was benched. I dont bring up 2 game samples of his great rebounding and passing. Everything i wrote is based off of this stretch of horrid play in which ive stated multiple times that i know hes still injured, im just very upset with the things he could be doing that hes not, even on a bad ankle.

Dude, have you not been following the demeanor of this team? Do you really think anyone is going to get called out? Give me a break, thats so lame.

Nick loves the Bulls. Hes not Skip or Colin who bash the Bulls for no reason. Hes objective. He tells you that the SG position needs to be better. Oh but he must be wrong because Thibs likes the production we're getting out of Bogans/Brewer offensively.

Do you like the Bears. Ever hear Tice and company talk about the offensive line? Nuff said on that.

So tell me this, you watch the games right? Do you think Boozer gave a good effort defensively yesterday? Thats all im asking.

I hope they can utilize the Deng-Boozer combo. They played well together that game (sorry I can't remember when) Boozer did pretty well that game same with Deng.
It only shows that if they set Boozer for an easy lay up or something he can deliver. It just a matter of feeding him the ball at the right place.

Defensively, I think he is trying but we can't really expect much from him.

The over-analysis on this site is killing me. You can't bench Boozer now! Boozer for his career is a 20ppg, 12reb player!

Who the heck makes radical adjustments like that after one game in the playoffs...that you've won? Makes no sense...its a crazy suggestion. People know their roles, which are defined BY THE TIME you reach the playoffs. Taj is not a better option offensively than Boozer, not by a longshot...

My favorite teams
  1. Chicago White Sox
  1. Chicago Bulls
  1. Chicago Bears
  1. Nebraska Cornhuskers
  2. Villanova Wildcats
Maybe benching him would even motivate him to step up his game on both sides of the ball. It sure couldn't hurt.
I don't know....I'm not sure the playoffs are the time you want to start messing with your rotations.

No one is saying Taj is better offensively! But there comes a time were a players defense is so bad that he's not worth a damn on the court if he's also not making buckets an keeps turning the ball over! When Boozer doesn't even bother to step up and put a hand in someones face, he doesn't deserve to be on the floor. He want from being horrible defensively not even attempting to play defense.

It isn't overanalysis, it's the simple fact he's not playing well on either end and doesn't deserve to be on the floor if he won't give any effort defensively. You don't need to blanket someone and get rough with them, just put a fn hand up. Take at least one step towards your guy when he has the ball.

It isn't one game, it's been like this since the ankle injury. I'm tired of hearing about him not getting the ball in the right place. He's had so many good looks near the basket where he just spins himself into dizziness and turns the ball over. Wasn't he the guy we brought in that could get the ball and create for himself?

I know I'm being very critical of him but when you're on the floor and you don't put in effort, you don't deserve to be out there. This goes for everyone, including Rose.

Why are you surprised about his defense? He has done that his whole career. I agree that his worth goes down considerably if he doesn't put in the work on offense, but there are no alternatives right now.

The onus is on Thibs and Rose to involve Boozer...and the onus is on Boozer to step up.

And Rose better play better defense himself....

Boozer has always been bad on defense, that isn't my problem. I'll say it again, my biggest problem was that he didn't put any effort in on D. He didn't even try, that's my issue. I've never seen him this lazy.

Rose does need to improve but he at least tries and when he does play bad defense, you see him admit it and man up.

My issue is effort, thats it. It's not hard to put a hand up and step forward.

Yeah we all know Boozer doesnt have the best D. Near the end he seemed like he gave up since he just kept on getting scored on.

I could understand if he was a little hesitant down low and wouldnt want to body anyone but when you got a guy 17 feet away from the basket and you dont even run at him or put a hand up, its a huge concern. Play the ball, thats all i ask.

Agreed. He just let Hansbrough just go ahead and take the shot without jumping at him. Hopefully Boozer plays harder and does so without fouling so early.
