Hun, is that the car from Smokey and the Bandit?

Yes it is. Well I am assuming it is, the car from Smokey and the Bandit had a massive 6.6 ltr engine.

The school's are tightening down on that kind of thing nowadays...

You go to the roller rink, you know this.

And Chris, don't forget to get a sleeveless Skynrd shirt and mullet to go with the car!

HaHa..... You are not to far from the truth at least back in the day.

This was my best friends car in HS. I loved that thing and always wanted her in my garage.

I used to have a 79' Trans Am with a 6.6.

The damn cylinders were like coffee cans.

My buddy has this in his garage. Mint condition.

My brother in law has one (Z-28 that is, not the bandit version) oxidizing in his front yard auto collection in northern Wisconsin. I think their free range chickens love it. Q the Jeff Foxworthy jokes...

LOL

He is a car collector. It's in mint condition and I guess one of a very few of it's style. Maybe engine. He'll never sell it. It's on a lift in his garage.

I understand the collectible owners but still find it a sin that beauties like them are not driven and enjoyed.

To me it is like having a 100" HD Plasma and never turning it on, just look at in on the wall.

I agree to a point. There are some cars out there that if I owned, there is no way I would put it on the road. that fucking asshole Murphy and his fucking law would plow into it the second I got out the driveway. And the check. regardles of amount, would not outweigh the loss of the car.
