Paintball is having its difficulties, the current state of economic affairs in the US plus the push by Airsoft into the market has put a bind on Paintball as a business model. However, we do have a local field that is getting by, thankfully. The field owner posted that picture...

I agree its a tough time for a business like this to thrive...but I just want to start this business as a hobby more than a money maker. I haven't researched paintball, I have a lot of work to do first.
