Didn't Rami also contend that Boris Diaw was more valuable than LeBron, because Diaw theoretically could play all 5 positions, whereas LeBron couldn't play center?

He may have. I wouldn't put it past him. All I know is that he said Diaw is more versatile than James.

Just because a guy can stand at different parts of the court doesn't make him more valuable by default

(LeBron James is typically much closer to the rim on offense than Diaw)

Your claim that Oscar Robertson is a hand-down top 5 player is mistaken. Top 10-15 maybe.

Out of curiosity, who is your top 5?

I imagine that you can put any number of players interchangeably into your top 20 but Oscar Robertson not being among those just seems wrong. His all-around play should put him in the upper echelon, easily.

Magic

I think most people would agree with that although I could see them throwing random guys like Jerry West, Havlicek or Bill Russell into the mix.

Oscar Robertson was basically Magic Johnson before Magic was Magic  He's like a pre-old-as-**** Jason Kidd who can actually score.

I've seen Kareem wedged into the Top 5 as well.
