Relapse put together a really good team. Easily the best team in this division IMO

This is another very close division. I ended up voting for Dallas because of the overall package they present. Anaheim Ducks were right there with The Stars. I really really liked Ivy's team but the thing that put Dallas above them for me was the 2nd defensive paring. Cam Fowler and Hammer are good young players but I thought Dallas's better defensive depth would win them a few more games.

At first glance I knew Vancouver had the most talented team on paper, but they lack any sort of checking line to slow down the other teams top lines so I passed on them.

I liked the Wild but I really am not feeling there defensive unit.

Toronto has a ton of young talent. I just felt that there team has to grow into that potential before I would put them at the top of this division.

Overall I liked the way Tbo assembled the Senators. Feel they have some players that are not sexy on paper but they have a diversity of different types of players that can play different roles on top of good talent.

I think you can't limit it. When Pujols hits the market next year it's not like all teams won't be after him.

I think you have to open it up. If we have 15 teams now and we all take two teams, we got it down, right?

I think a cap would be great too. You can use salaries from like baseball-reference.com or another site. Baseball needs a cap and as long as we are re-drafting players, why not a cap too?

Personally, I don't understand why we have to have 30 teams to prevent "super-teams"...even if we have 15, everyone is going to have a fair shot at equal talent.

Can you PM me and let me know so I can get in on this. I did a ton of seasons like this on QuickGM Basketball and would love to be in on it with Tampa Bay. I have been quite busy and haven't been able to keep up with many threads which is why I ask for you to PM me if all possible, thanks my dudes.

How bout if the players are still FA, go by there last team they played for and contract. So if we do AL and NL only go from the last team they played for.

For instance, Orlando Cabrera played for the Reds last season and made 2.27M. So if we did a cap, he will be a 2.27 cap hit and if we did an NL only re-draft he will in this group. I think this puts away this situation. He is currently a FA.
