Bwahahahahaha....we got about 10 inches and no one plowed at 4 am....it sucked. They even shut down schools. It called for 2 to 4 inches and it is still lake affecting right now
Dang. Stay safe.

The 80-94 corridor?
Yep....right on the tip of Lake Michigan. Finished snow blowing, got to end of driveway, looked back, started crying.....life in northwest Indiana

Yeah I refuse to go to Michigan this time of year. Seen too many stories of interstate pile ups due to lake effect snow.

I'm sitting outside in shorts and a t-shirt. It's already 72, high of 88 today.

@nvanprooyen

Wait until climate change sinks your state next to Atlantis, then we'll see who's laughing.

fun fact: jeannie triplehorn is from where I grew up. I gave her a beer from my coat on New Year's Eve and then got kicked out of the venue for sneaking my own beer in

I would've kicked you out just for being generous to anyone involved in Waterworld.

Un-Fun Fact, my snowblower blew the drive belt.

I'm glad I don't mind shoveling.

I'm fine with shoveling. I fucking hate cutting the grass. Seriously.
Same, I am ok shoveling, but maybe that's because I have to do it only 5-10/year. Mowing takes longer and you have to do it so gosh dang much, especially in the spring/early summer.

I don't even own a snow blower, so I'm stuck shoveling. Luckily this winter so far hasn't been bad.

Agree I hate mowing as well. Plan to eliminate some of my grass this spring and add other landscaping (and a garden) to cut down on mowing time.

lol, she was a DJ at our local butt-rock station before she got famous. She had a totally un-PC on-air character named 'Suzie Foo'; you can guess the rest

I went years without a snow blower and shoveled. I didn't want a snowblower taking up space in my garage nor did I want to have to deal with repairs but, here I am. My neighbor talked me into buying his "great snowblower" for 50.00 ?
