Junior Lake is built like a baseball player. Dude is a monster athletically. He runs way better than I thought. Nice start to his career. I want to see his arm though. I heard its amazing.

Dude is a toolshed, but pitchers are going to expose him with his approach (high K, low BB) at some point. It will be interesting to see the process of adjustments.

Yeah, he looked wayyyyyyy too jumpy at the plate. Swinging at anything with a lower tilt or plane to it. Good thing he was able to make some solid contact tonight.

Even Soriano and Starlin Castro draw walks, but we saw the range of the puzzle that is Junior Lake this weekend. On balance I would say he has been a net positive, but it is a huge question whether that will remain the case with more playing time.

Yep. 2 games out of 3 he did well at the plate. Yesterday? Not so much, but they all can't be good. Also, need to see improvement defensively in CF during his time up.
