Has a guy projected as a guard ever gone Top 5 before? Shaking my head at the Redskins; just can't understand how a guy who everyone is acknowledging doesn't have it for left tackle goes that high.

IF they don't GIVE MARSHALL AWAY, they don't need a receiver do they? They still need an offensive tackle and I think a center. There wer at least four top notch C/Ts drafted in the first round that they NEEDED and who will start immediately in the NFL. Now they've got a one year wonder.
If only there were more rounds in the draft.

WHo are projecting that he doesn't "have it" as a tackle? I've heard that they think he could pretty much fill the need as a left tackle very well. To me, he is another Kyle Long. THe same crap was being said about Kyle Long being a bust. Same kind of fools. Scherff will be a fixture in the NFL just like Kyle Long is. Together they'd have been fun to watch manhandle people.

ND is horrible.
I read it and heard it via a couple of sources. Its not a big deal but it is not a strength. The more significant factor to me is that this guy has always been split wide and hasn't run a lot of different routes. He also wasn't recruited out of high school. Why? He went to JUCO and then to WV who ran a wide open gimmick sort of offense. There certainly were a lot of other receivers available in later rounds who had his measureables and came and competed against better opponents. I think the guy is a wild card.

I am going to guess you aren't a big college football fan.

He had 40 catches as a first yr player at WVU, so he isn't a one yr wonder. 40 catches in your first yr in an offense is solid if not spectacular.

He was young coming out of H.S. and who knows what system his H.S. program had or QB/OL to allow a passing attack to flourish, so your comment on him not being recruited is ridiculous...

"Gimmick offense".....I suppose you can call most of the offenses in CFB gimmicks then, lol...including THE Ohio St which runs a modified spread. Guess we can't draft any offensive players from Ohio St. in the coming yrs like any of the QBs or the RB who is probably the top RB coming into 2015...at the very least top 3.

You also realize WVU has joined the B12 and plays good programs OOC consistently, right?

Dude, you just have no clue.

Dude? How old are you, 12? Dude?

Having 40 catches as a junior in college isn't a lot of catches. IF he was so good, he'd have probably around 60-70 at least. He wasn't recruited out of high school, genius. That means something.

He had one great year and is inexperienced in running the receiver ladder tree. And the level of competition he palyed against is nowhere near that of many other guys that are available in the 2nd and 3rd round. The pick was weak.

Yeah, those Georgia Southern guys must have had a great defensive secondary to match up against him. How about the Liberty team? How many of that squad are gonna get drafted. Maryland? Hilarious. What a joke of a post you just put out there. You "THE' Ohio state just had a good receiver get picked up by the JETS. Smith is going to light it up this season. Cutler will not finish the season.

Little bit more than the blonde cheerleader.

Certainly. That blond cheerleader must have been with Pace when he was playing for Easter Illinois a couple of years ago:) has he gotten his driver's license yet?

Kevin White is a BEAST, I love the kid so I won't waste time hating on the fact that the Bears got rid of my guy BMarsh. Its over now, time to celebrate and watch this kid try to become B. Marsh 2.0!

This guy is much younger, much faster, and going by his interview on Mully and Hanley this week, already far more mature, rational and stable than Marshall.

I love the pick.
Again, it has nothing to do with white. I like the actual pick. I think him and Jeffrey are going to be great compliments to each other.

Sent from my bathroom using toilet talk.
