Well the D has been pretty shaky since at least December -the playoff run not withstanding (and it might have been before that even).
It is a puck movement defense that if they have to move guys out of the way -simply can't because they don't have the necessary size to do it.
Of course I am not watching the game or anything -and haven't watched anything but a bunch of goals against clips for the past some odd months -so I could be entirely wrong.
Anyways too, at times it has seemed as the Blackhawks are a team that buy in to media hype about them far too often.
It will be an interesting series - and from a purely hockey standpoint - as well as a fatalistic Chicago fan standpoint .... next goal is a big one (for all I know there may have been once since I am getting a big fat download that is making my connection laggy as anything).... 1 goal deficit vs a 3 goal one is a big difference. (Of course if the score stays the same it is all so much of a moot point).
