On a completely random note, who knew Hinrich could score double figures on good percentage shooting against a good defensive team?

Hinrich is playing the point again, I suspect that has a lot to do with his play. He might be a "combo" guard but that's more that he can guard SGs, he can't really play that position and do much on offense.

As far as the Bulls go, how great is it that we can win on the road, in a back to back, missing two key players and we're mostly disappointed with how the team played rather than happy to get the win. 18 wins is the most the Bulls have had at the New Year in the post-Jordan era, and they're at that mark with 4 games to go.

rose 25-5
boozer 30-7

25+30=55

(5+7) x 2= 24

55+24= 79

i get extra points for showing my work. rose and boozer were responsible for 79 of the 87 points. wow.

They are responsible for AT LEAST 79 of the 87 points. Some of those are assisted threes aren't they?

i listened to the game on a crappy radio feed while driving back from ohio. i have no idea. deng hit both/all the 3's for the night. if the assists were passes to deng, then they're responsible for more.

Both of Deng's threes were off Rose assists. However three of Boozer's baskets were off Rose assists, and one of Rose's was off Boozer's assist, so you're double counting those.

79 + 2 - 8 = 73 of 87 points Rose or Boozer were involved in.
