personality wise hes leaps and bounds better thibs...he'll will able to connect with players on more than just basketball...i can already see him and Rose discussing kids

we'll see how the X & O's part stacks up...hes a very knowledgeable on offense...defense is something he needs to improve on so he doesn't just become another 1 sided coach

hes pretty young at 42 so i think he'll listen and take in all he can and not feel hes figured everything out

He'll listen all right. To Gar/Pax. They know all about coaching in the NBA.

agreed...as the bulls roster is currently constructed, I don't see hoibergs style meshing well. they need to make some personnel changes IMO

never claimed they were robots, but I don't see any relevance for hoiberg to discuss kids with rose as you mentioned :shrug:

and literally every player in the NBA jets off to some island someplace after their season has ended, no matter who their coach is

I think that Rose is too dumb to actually discuss much of anything.
