The discussions on that thread carried over from a different thread in which you were going on rants about how Houf and myself were idiots and disrespecting Pippen.

Look bro, I don't have anything personel with you or hue..I just feel like you both aare direspectful to my opinions and take my responses to you a little bit too seriously..Most my opinions I am serious about ..you may not like it, but the opinions are mine...I would like to make a peace offering to you and start fresh...Any disrespect I made toward you I publicly apologize for..Let's start fresh..After all, we are all Bulls fans or else we wouldn't be here..We just have differaant opinions....Now as far as the reporting people, I hope it doesn't go to far because people other forums seem to abuse that sort of thing...Belive me have plenty of experiance in that catagory where I would get posts delete simply because someone dissagreed with me..I pray that that doesn't happen here...Abusing the reporting system can single handedly destroy a forum..The one thing that stands out about chicitysports above all the other sports forums is the freedom of speach..That's what makes this site great.....I do agree to tone down my part in forum fights and namecalling though..At least ill try....Cool??????....Why does this thread seem like group thearapy??LoL

There are certain people who post and act as if someone is sports illiterate because they have differing views and opinions. That is the most annoying to me. To go off and discredit people for not sharing their views is very annoying. I personally disagree with plenty of things but I never try to attack people, but I admit I have went back at people when I felt they came at me wrong, but I try to refrain from that as much as possible.

I have read a comment directed towards me saying that all I do is give my opinion lol. Everyone who post does. The only real definite in sports are stats(and they don't always tell the story) and wins and losses. But who is better than who or which team was better than the other, is completely subjective and changes from person to person. Some people don't seem to understand that.

A little give & take is 100% ok but when it turns personal and it's no longer about sports that is when it needs to be stopped.

Also SP1994, please cut out the ESPN Message board talk. They banned you....big deal. You are 1 of millions of posters to be banned from that shitfest, it isn't anything to brag about.

Actually I was banned 45 times in a year..but I'm not bragging..I just don't want this forum to end up like Hitlers Germany like ESPN did...I truely do have love for chicitysports and it would break my poor little heart....I must say, that you did a good thing making this thread Mr.Rush...Group thearapy never hurt anybody so I thank you for this thread..I am in agreement with you..Thank you for the services you provide on this site..If it wasn't for great wizards of genius like yourself, I would be forum homeless...

I appreciate the extended hand. When you first came onto this forum, some of the stuff you said about J.R. Smith being the savior really annoyed me and we both went down an unfriendly road with each other ever since. I'm cool with you too and will try not to take everything so seriously.

That is going a bit too far there. I think you are missing the whole point. The disrespect that goes on is why all of the arguments go on and on.

Threads never stay 100% on-point. Closing every single one that does and deleting off-topic posts is not the solution.

When I first showed up here...it was pretty rough, people went at each other. When it gets personal, my thing is...let those people hammer it out. Its those who start to instigate and throw themselves in an argument just to put someone down that can cause things to go to another level. But a thread without heated debate can be like eating meat that was cooked with no fat on it. The flavor suffers.

I get tired of certain things on this forum...but the good far outweigh the bad. I say let people be who they are. I thought some of the *** bashing was really bad when they were discussed during the Kobe/Noah incidents. But that is the only time I think things went too far south in threads.

I had an argument over politics with someone on facebook...a white male. He called me "boy" during the argument. I thought that was below the belt. I personally haven't seen that on this forum at all. I like to post, debate, and disagree. Those who show me love, get love back, the haters will feel the wrath...that's how I get down.

Bullspodcasters taught me that I had to stand up for myself or get swallowed by the abyss...but I promise you, some of the dudes I fight with on here couldn't handle Lefty...lol

Going off topic is fine, it's just the way it's being done. We meant off-topic as in not discussing the threads' topic/direction at the time in comparison to just resorting to insults and it not being about sports anymore.
