I think I heard Mike Miller is friends with LeBron. Plus he's fron South Dakota and chose to go to the University of Florida...so all things being equal, maybe he likes the warm weather?

I dont mind if its one centerpiece type guy taking less to add pieces or vets taking less to win. But when three legit, elite max contract worthy FAs all take less to join together, it destroys the competitiveness of the NBA. LeBron, Bosh and Wade were the only things keeping their teams running. now you add all three together for less with other players willing to take less and its just adds to one team filled with too much talent to overcome. Its not the way to do things in the NBA.

If someone said i would want this on my team, no i wouldnt. I would much rather have seen a LeBron/Boozer combo with LBJ getting a max deal, going against Bosh and Wade in Miami w/ Max deals and using the rest of their money on other pieces. Theres not enough parity in the NBA as is and now it looks like Miami could win 5 titles in the next 6 years. That team is adding Mike Miller and bringing back Haslem and will still somehow have money to sign vets, they can make a run at the Bulls 72-10 record. Its hard to say youve bought a championship in the NBA where theres a cap but thats basically whats happening here.

korver should be excited to play with a PG on the level of rose(tho he also played with an exceptional one in Deron in Utah) still Rose is going to create a lot of room for Korver to spot up from beyond the arc with his ability to drive,make the defense collapse and kick out

all around ability is mediocre

i think there's a reason why the bulls are looking for another SG like Brewer or Redick who could be the starting

now this doesnt necessarily mean Korver wont get plenty of PT...he will get plenty..but i dont see him starting unless the Bulls strike out on their SG targets..if that happens then Korver will start..which is not a big problem..Korver will be the 5th option among the other starters and will hopefully contribute by knocking down open shots made by double teams in the post or defense collapsing by drives by rose

I know JJR isn't on the team (yet)...but man, I almost salivate when I think of a line-up of Rose, JJ, Korver, Boozer, Noah all at once.......4 shooters, 2 mad rebounders, 5 hustlers.
