It's a shitty story.
It was a better story than declining veteran playing out the string that it looked like at the end of last year
Not a story book ending if this is indeed his final start.
It's not his fault his team can't score for him. If you can hold the Cardinals offense to four runs you've done okay. Naturally you wish he could've thrown a shutout, but that's what it is...wishful thinking.
I didn't think it was bad, but it just wasn't the storybook ending that the last couple of games at Wrigley would have been is all I was saying.
