I wouldn't count on it, but it's good to be optimistic. Rizzo is but one player and if nobody else can do their jobs, his bat won't be able to make up for it.

This is also true. I think location is probably more important than speed but both are good for the pitcher to master.

True. Where you put the bad pitch has a lot to do with the bad pitch itself. A bad pitch where a hitter likes it is the worst thing ever for a pitcher.
