Mond is the craziest QB evaluation I've ever seen. It's one thing if a mid-round QB puts up crazy numbers and doesn't have great talent/measurables in a gimmicky offense. It's one thing if a mid-round QB is super athletic and more of a runner and a raw passer with upside that needs more experience. But Mond is kind of all over the place. He's super athletic; a 3.5 year starter, but still raw as a passer; he has the measurables and sometimes great numbers, but then sometimes his numbers are dismal.
Dude went 25-35, 338 yards, 3 TDs in upsetting #4 Florida this year.....then later in the year, went 11-34, 105 yards against the worst LSU defense in school history.
On any given day, Mond can be a 2nd round prospect or undraftable. I used the analogy on Twitter that he's the type that could beat 13-1 Green Bay on the road in week 16 (complete with game-winning TD drive) to keep the Bears wildcard hopes alive, but then crap the bed in the finale at home vs. Detroit.
