No Xmas/holiday bonus of any kind.

Our old parent company did gift cards one year and then never again.

Some years they have forked out money to treat our office and spouses to a nice dinner/drinks.

Some years (this year) we're just doing a small holiday happy hour.

Never a consistent thing....

I mean at least from my perspective.

Anything over 82k Federal income tax takes 24% anyways....

IT Managers/Directors in Chicago make well over that number.

So any tax they take out of a bonus is the same as income tax.

Every year, my company sends everyone an email saying how they're giving out over 15 million in bonuses... but we have over 35,000 employees, so it really isn't that much per person haha. Still nice though.
