I did Christmas dinner last night. For real Christmas dinner I'm gonna make a 10/10 breakfast skillet.

Hashbrowns
Ham
Bacon
Sausage
Cheese

Fry the hashbrowns... add meats and cheese. Bake in oven for 5 minutes. Top with fried egg and tons of Cholula hot sauce.

Did the prime rib on the smoker at 220*. When internal temp reached 130 pulled it, put a tent over it , let sit about 20 minutes.
Turned up smoker to 400* ,stuck it back in the smoker, when internal temp hit 146 i pulled it off the smoker.
Turned out great, really happy with it . Reverse sear.

Turned out great, really happy with it . Reverse sear.

What's the learning curve on Prime Rib? I'm getting a smoker as one of my tax return gifts to myself and want to start cooking things I've never done. Prime rib is one of them.

Then I'm gonna have Ares come over and show me his delicious pork butt................................... recipe.

Dude I just bought this pellet grill a few months ago. The food i been making has been great. It will make you look like a BBQ grilling pro. You'll love it
My favorite thing to smoke has been everything but chicken. I'm smoking a salmon as i write this.
Cold smoke at 150* internal temps at 150* . right now its at 136*

Get the prime rib with the bone, has more flavour. Aldi had them a wednesday back for $ 5.99 a pound so i stocked up. Choice
Not much of a learning curve to it at all.
