This is a shitpost.

I'm pretty well numb to the Bears and I'm over the initial disappointment with the 2 new hires. I only have two things that have to happen and I will go from BlackRainbow to NeutralRainbow with a possibility of BriteRainbow.

1. A decent OC hire.

2. The draft. We need to draft o-line and CB as a priority. I'm not going to argue with meatballs who want a WR in the draft - this isn't fantasy football.

As far as the OC hire...all I'm asking for is a guy I've heard of before. A guy that's clearly improved a starting QB he's worked with. A guy that's hopefully coached in ONE playoff game in the last two years. How hard is this? And no, I don't want a college guy.
btw..... I grew up in the Little Italy section...Taylor & Western... so please refer to me as an Italian meatball, not one of those flavorless Swedish ones.......??

I'm not so sure about this Getsy fella

Bears seem to have alot of inexperience at really important sports - GM, HC, OC (possibly), QB.
Getsy would be great for the job. He can coach up the receivers and bring in a legit offense. You ever wonder how the packers receivers are always open, it’s because of guys like Getsy coaching them.

So if Getsy incorporates Lafleur's scheme we can start holding Fields accountable?
Sure. I'd expect some mixed results in year one but with a much more noticeable positive trend in functionality and something that resembles an actual NFL offense capable of running the ball and making some bigger plays in the passing game. Alot boils down to how Poles approaches the offensive line moving forward. Who stays, who goes and who are the new faces.

You're allowed to do that, I'm open to suggestions who do you want/like for those positions?
