I have to say, Flowers has definitely made a name for himself during this tenure in the MLB. He has earned a spot on the team for sure. Someday, he'll take over for AJ when his time is up, for now, he is a very solid backup catcher.

well, fukudome is killing us, wish he had stayed on the north side. he's 3-3 on the game and just gave the tribe the lead on an rbi triple.

That strike two call to Hafner was literally ball four a few minutes ago.

on gamecast, it showed all of the pitches but pitch 5 of the at bat clearly in the strike zone. and pitch 5 could have easily been called a strike as well, it was on the black.

Yeah, the umpire is very inconsistent. Pitch 6 was on the corner but might have been a bit low. Could have gone either way. Guess the ump wasn't paid off beforehand.

That wasn't meant to be a Black Sox joke btw, apologies. Realized it a few seconds after I hit "send" :lol:
