This is the next thing I keep telling people about that they should pay ATTENTION.
Warren isn't just there to build a stadium.
The site will ultimately be in Arlington Heights, all the Chicago stuff is just smoke for leverage in further negotiations with AH, and ultimately, he will be the caretaker once things are in order to SELL THE TEAM.
They are going to turn the Bears into a winner, build that stadium, and sell once Virginia dies and the stadium is either built or in progress.
Then Warren is going to try to parlay that into a position at the main league office, with an eye on Goddell's seat once Roger steps down.

The best part about the (potential) Dennis Allen hiring is that he's never going to get another HC opportunity again, which means the Bears could finally have long-term stability at both coordinator positions for the foreseeable future. That's huge.
