you can make a good slaw without it being soggy @Hawkeye. just salt the raw cabbage and let it sit for 30 min, rinse and add your dressing. you can also try not being a child when it comes to texture of various foods.

do you have a problem with sauerkraut and kimchi too?

PS it's WAY too early on a happy friday to be this upset about cruciferous vegetables in mayo or vinegar. knock it off.

it doesn't though. sounds like you had a bad batch. RIP ARES

also @Hawkeye. I noticed you neggged a post that contained only, "Kimchi?" care to explain why this would further enrage you?

Is it the napa cabbage? the fermented chile paste? the fish sauce? the daikon radish? scallions? DO SCALLIONS MAKE YOU MAD ON A FRIDAY?

Sorry that you're upset, wrong, and mad about people DRAGGING you for being upset and wrong, but that's you're problem. Maybe get a therapist before you turn into @The Hawk

I have, kinda ironically, changed my mind on coleslaw.

I was never a fan, until I had a good slaw on a pulled pork sammich.

It works on the sammich, but I don't enjoy it on its own.

I often find I don't enjoy foods unless they are incorporated in to a larger dish.
