It is amazing that he made it that long. Guy should have been collecting his pay with a mask and a gun. I wonder if they will have Phil in for an interview?

Well, when your key strategy is to put the entire team on your QB's back, you probably suck as a GM.

And when your best year as HC with the team was when another filled in for you, you probably suck as a HC.

Both should have gone cause they're both that bad.
