Its a beautiful state.... especially in the fall. Has some real nice people. But there's a dark underbelly there a lot of people don't know about. (though you could probably say that about anywhere I guess)
Did the kids in your town cruise the strip or main street? The high school kids would just go up and down main street every Friday night. Kids from the smaller towns would drive in just to go up and down the main street all fucking night. Never seen that anywhere else I've lived.

Yeah, but it took 10 fucking minutes to drive around the square and from one end of town to the other. Lots of barn parties and parties in random fields. Booze cruising was popular. I drank a lot of Busch light on gravel roads.
