Having a QB you know you can win with in case your starter goes down is valuable. Philly chose Pickett and how'd that go for them? They just lost the number 1 seed because of it. Steelers aren't that good but they're in the playoffs because of the 4 games that Fields helped them win.

Lol. No one is contending that Fields isn't a back-up QB. We all agree he's a back-up.

Also it's super easy to see that Williams > Fields. If you think Williams sucks well, God damn Fields is way worse. I have no understanding of the infatuation with Fields. And yeah, when all is said and done he's going to be a career backup.

Why are so many of you obsessed with Fields still, when the Bears already have a better QB?
