I love Brussels sprouts also, tell me what you do. And yeah, the cabbage turns out really good the way I said, kind of a pain in the ass boiling it, then putting it on the grill but its worth it occasionally.

I roast bs in the oven, quartered with olive oil and salt for twenty min @ 400, then sauteed with bacon and Shallot for 5 min. Brussels are like mini cabbage.

I basically do the same thing, I was hoping Malcore had another way, I like trying foods prepared in different ways.

I do pretty much the same, except I don't bake. I halve the sprouts and cook in pan in bacon fat, using a lid and a bit of stock (if needed). Kind of like cooking gyoza. I also use a bit of garlic with the onion or shallot.
