I love Brussels sprouts also, tell me what you do. And yeah, the cabbage turns out really good the way I said, kind of a pain in the ass boiling it, then putting it on the grill but its worth it occasionally.
I roast bs in the oven, quartered with olive oil and salt for twenty min @ 400, then sauteed with bacon and Shallot for 5 min. Brussels are like mini cabbage.
