FWIW, I'd take an elite PK over an elite PP. Hawks can score even strength just fine.

I would too. Ask Washington or Pittsburgh how having an elite PP and average PK works out for them. Having a great PK is far more important in the playoffs than a PP. I'm just saying how good they would be with with a great PP in addition to a great PK.
