"Lower body" injury could mean a million different things in this league. Raanta and Darling to fill the hole, I assume. Stay calm.

@BrianSandalow: Crow says he missed a step at a concert. "Pretty embarrassed about it." #blackhawks

Uh, let's hope he doesn't miss a step upon his return and keeps up the high quality play.

Widespread Twitter speculation has him at the Rise Against show on Monday night. Thumbs up on the music choice.

Darling looked good until his last game.. But with the Hawks D I doubt he'll be able to be exploited but he is noticeably an non-quick big guy.

I guess this should give Q time to officially decide on which of Rantaa or Darling is going to be anointed backup.

Oh man, Rise against... that's an anthem to recall.

I'm not entirely sure what you mean here, but if this is you bashing Rise Against I'm going to ban your ass.

It's only logical that one would have to be mind-numbingly drunk in order to last through a Rise Against show. I hope whatever he pulled that night was worth it.

Sucks for Crow, he has been playing great this year. Hopefully Raanta and Darling can keep up the good play in net, and we can keep picking up points until the return of the Crow.

Hope he wasn't drunk.

Him and Kane get drunk as **** together and choke bitches out whenever they frequent the cheese state. I have a feeling this "lower body" injury might be related. :dunno:

Sucks for Crow though... First the ebolaids sidelined him for almost 2 weeks and now this. The guy can't catch a break!

I'll bet you an exorbitant amount of money that he was.

And who cares?

I can tell you, per my buddy, that the Blackhawks brass do care. There is nothing wrong with guys having fun and letting loose (in or out of season)...but when that directly leads to an injury, then the team is never thrilled about it. Told that the injury is discipline enough and it is case closed in a sense.

That he got hurt, yeah. They're going to care about that.

But if the Blackhawks brass gets upset every time one of their players gets drunk, they'll never be happy.

It's a freak accident. Shit happens. I'm not going to make a big deal out of this.

It isn't about getting hurt. It isn't about getting drunk. It is about getting hurt while drunk. No team is going to be happy that a $6million a year player gets injured in that manner. That it could cost the team wins and that they have to pay another goalie while taking a hit on their cap.

Getting injured is getting injured. Drunk when getting injured = irrelevant. Shit happens.

In the long run it wont matter anyways. It's just a couple weeks..
