I like the series as it features two Chicago teams, but the level of stupidity it brings out by both groups of fans is awful. The Sox face the Cubs six times a year. During those six meetings, I'm 100% for the Sox of course, but the rest of the year I wish the Cubs well. They're a Chicago team and I love this city.

no..but i would sure as heck like to beat the sox...and its definitely a rivalry of some sort...but if we lose to them...i dont feel that differently than if we lost to the indians or any other team...except maybe the cardinals....

Just found this.

They're just like any other game. I want to win them, obviously, but they don't mean as much as a Mil, StL, Cin, etc. game.

Unless I'm watching with my Sox friends, in which case I'm going to be an obnoxious troll and just talk shit.
