I'd almost prefer the sweep...Cubs are within sniffing distance of that #1 draft position :lol:

Try beating us first in a series then say that, you just look like a fool saying that after we just took you out twice.

It's no dumber than saying that the Cubs losing is consolation for the Sox losing.

What is the record for not being shutout?

There are two or three teams that have not been shut out in an entire season. I think the best one is the 1932 Yankees. But I don't know that for sure and am not exactly sure how to use the database to search for it or how to Google it.

Yeah I figured there would be a team or two that made it through the whole season. I was just kind of curious. Things like this and hitting/on base streaks are about all we have to root for.
