I mean Soriano looked terrible on it and that is what I thought he got Stewart to swing over on the first pitch, but maybe that was a change.

Soriano can't really pick up the off-speed stuff anyway.

I know but Stewart looked about as bad on it with that first swing. It just seemed like it was more than Sori struggling with it.

Except for two big mistakes Maholm's been okay. 2-0 isn't insurmountable. I don't think the Cubs stay shut out but it took them 8.2 IP to score yesterday so who knows :lol:

I believe you're right on the Stewart pitch. I don't have Gameday up, but it looked like a change in real time.
