The newspaper changed the URL. It now links to an updated article on the story, in which every person that shows up gets an application in orderly fashion, no fights are reported, and traffic patterns are orderly.



The original news story detailed a crowd 30,000 people strong that started forming 3 days prior to government funded housing assistance applications being handed out in Atlanta. Riot ploice had to be called in to control the crowd which was becoming unruly.
