I agree. I remember when Lee made errors against the Dodgers in the playoffs and he was supposed to be gold glove caliber. Defense for that position simply isnt worth the sacrifice on offense, which is at a premium for that position. If we were an AL team and had the DH, it might be a different story but Id want Dunn in there too.
Im a traditionalist in how you put together a team with offense at the corners and defense up the middle. This is something youll hear me harp on whether its Barrett at catcher or throwing some big contract out in CF.
