Guessing Reed has good numbers againt Bailey is why he is getting the nod over Campana. Kind of surprised that Soto got the start behind the dish given that it is a day game after a night game.

The day game after a night game thing shouldn't matter too much, except as an excuse to not play Soto (like they did when the Koyie Hill lovefest was going on).

As for Campana...he kinda still sucks :lol: Pinch runner role suits him well methinks.

That Castro guy is pretty good too. Add in Rizzo and Jackson and maybe this is a league average offense.

I'm certainly glad he is living up to the name. The Cubs certainly need to slug more than they have been. Fian d to think I chided RC about bailey not giving up that many homeruns. Glad to be wrong on that one today.
