Per Morosi:

After being acquired by the Cubs at the Trade Deadline last season, Castellanos was an offensive force, hitting .321/.356/.646 with 16 homers and 36 RBIs in 51 games. It's not such a surprise, then, to hear that Chicago is "still pursuing" the free-agent outfielder, according to MLB.com's Jon Paul Morosi.

There is at least some question, however, of how Castellanos might fit on the North Side -- both in terms of position and budget.

Well, get ready for heyward in CF and a poor defensive outfield then. I really hope they aren’t going to trade Schwarber then

Only way i see it happening is if they trade Bryant and he goes back to 3B which wouldn't be ideal defensively but if the price is good wouldn't kill you.

I think both Nick and Cole will still be in Chicago, on the south side.

I see the why. He clicked and the D was not a cavat as expected.

I just don't see the needed resources to pull it off and to be honest Happ might put up similar numbers in those PA with better over all OF D.

So it is a head scratcher for sure.
