No, that's not my point at all. We don't want anyone to be an average or normal player. My point is that very few players live up to expectations, so we really shouldn't decided if they are a bust based on their expectations.

Not living up to expectations = a bust. If he was expected to be an ace and isn't an ace, that's a bust.
