What’s y’all guys having for the game tonight? It’s the week so I can’t go to crazy. Watching the carbs ya know? Not all keto weirdo but nice, clean food. I think I am going to take a nice pork tenderloin and dice it into 1/2 cubes. Pull out the wok and stir fry these bad boys in some sesame oil, chili paste, with a touch of soy, some fresh ginger, garlic, and broccoli. Get that all tasting fantastic and probably pair it with cauliflower fried rice with a bunch of veggies, lil soy, lil agave and finish it with some sirachi and green onions. What y’all got?

I should probably pick up some soy sauce, thanks for the reminder! And I also thought our family was the only one that did cauliflower rice.

I'm too lazy to cook and do the shoping for stuff to cook with so I'll likely just grab some fast food or a pizza.

Yep, lean is the flavor? Amirite? I also vacuum sealed it at a 98 percent air out with 10 second pulse.

There literally is a good way to do tenderloin, but it involves hours in the crock pot with a bunch of good spices and New Mexico red chiles

That's not true, tenderloin is alright when rotisserie'd.

I like the meal idea, i actually make this probably once a week on those nights when I need a quick dinner, albeit with marinated diced pork shoulder instead of the tenderloin. I like the way the shoulder meat has fat in it that gets crispy in the wok and retains the meats juiciness. Lazy marinade though, just hoisin sauce with grated ginger.

How was the playoff meal @silences

Did it last the entire 13 innings or was it finished in the 8th?

Reads like an okay recipe but diced tenderloin? Just use chicken bud
