C'mon man. He never said he hated Chicago he just said he is on the right side of the rivalry. And guess what if I am being paid millions of dollars then whatever side is paying me is the right side as well.

I think he could have said it differently but he's just athlete, not a word wizard. The one thing Theriot said last night on radio that is 100% true is, anybody in his shoes would of said the same thing. Facing hundreds of your new fans at their convention, he was asked about the rivalry.

And you're right, if St Louis is paying you, me or anybody else on this forum, we'd say exactly what we should to make those fans/management happy.

I got to St.Louis alot and wear my Cub gear and i get some heckling but never had people bash me for it.
