He MAY not bad as we thought:

He batted .289 (58-for-201) in May and June after beginning the campaign with a .198 April batting average (16-for-81). Crawford has been successful in his last seven stolen base attempts dating to July 21.

Don't know what he did in July and August, but his numbers were skewed by a horrible start.

They got something for him, even if it is a player who will never see the majors. Like Justin said, Barney should be called up shortly but now all Fontenot has to do is switch dugouts for tonight's game. As for Grabow, so glad he's gone, even if it meant him tearing his MCL.

No he is not. Freddy Sanchez will play 2B for the Giants tonight. He is able to come off the bench though.
