Per Terry Boers, verified by myself.

cubs are 40-1 to win the world series.

That could be a huge payout. If I invested like $1,000, I'd be a millionaire!

not that rich. but enough money. too high of a risk though to throw a g note down on that. sure, 20.00, which i may do when im there. just because the odds are so insane, and they arent a team like the pirates who everyone knows will blow 100 percent for sure.

I forgot to add :rimshot: to the end. Total sarcasm. But yeah, I have some family going to Vegas, I may need to get in on some of that...

I would def throw 50 down, i know the cubs do not have much of a shot but i know that they could suprise people too. I mean look at last years teams in the world series Giants v Rangers i bet both were long shots at the begining of the season.

I had the Rangers, but not the Giants before the season.

This is one of the rarest times when the Cubs are going off at true odds. They usually go off around 8-1 to 12-1 because of the heavy action on them. Those odds are going to drop a ton very soon

It is definetely worth a $100 bet at minimum. Make it worth it because if they win it, I am going to need the payout to cover the expenses of the huge ass party that I throw!!

Not nearly as big of a longshot as the Cubs are :lmao:

I'd be so happy that I'd bring a beatbox and play Go Cubs Go in the halls at school for a year.

But, this probably won't be the year.

bad comparison.

I could make a worse one.

Not everybody thought the Yankees would win the World Series in 2009, as many thought the Phillies would. That means that either the Cubs or the Pirates will win it all this year.

See?
