I bet a ton of you have heard from other NBA fans that DRose is going to eventually go to the Lakers because he cant get a ring with the Bulls blah blah blah etc

I always told people like that to STFU because itll never happen etc etc

But if the rumors are true about the Bulls not wanting to spend money for a SG then I hope he does leave later in his career.

I love the Bulls and I am one of the passionate fans like a lot of you guys here that goes into a depression when the Bulls lose.

But seriously Rose works to hard, and is too dedicated to the game that he deserves more. He deserves to have an owner like Cuban or Buss that will not give a shit about the luxury tax to put the necessary pieces around their star player.

Am I alone here?

We need to fire Gar/Pax. They have proven that they don't have a clue how to get players here.

I'm so mad right now, it's not even funny.

That isn't good enough, not with other teams around us getting better. NYK has defense now.

The Heat have improved and we have stood idly by and watched it all happen.

And can you imagine if the Knicks get Phil Jackson next season we are fucking 3rd or 4th seed depending on what NJ does ..

No wonder Dwight doesnt want to come here with our tight wad ass owner.. Look who the owners are of the teams he is rumored to have been considering ... Procav, Buss etc

Yeah, this organization isn't serious winning a title. They just want the team to tease us every year.

Rose will get a max contract...they paid Noah well. They went out and got boozer for a big contract. They paid deng well. Its not that they don't want to spend money...its that they don't have money to spend. I think they don't want to overpay for an overrated player at the 2. No way they don't make a deal this year tho. If not now it will be at the deadline.

Right now, it's looking like they don't want to pay ANYBODY at the 2.

We're over the salary cap. The only options we have are to trade for players or use the MLE. I still think Jason Richardson is our best option and a potential guy to take a full MLE, but if we traded for Jamal Crawford (Korver, Watson and a pick), we could use that MLE to get some front court scoring for the bench. As much as I love Gibson, his offensive skill set is still a bit too inconsistent.

What are they going to do? Right now trades are going to cost more than the bulls will gain
... and the free agents are veterans who want one last big payday. I think they were willing to spend on butler but he went to the clippers. I see them making a move at the deadline for a sg
