Our line is weak, our run game is weak, our only TE is often injured, our QB has no dump guys and will have to force it down field ( which always works out nice). Were 1 or 2 injury's from being the worst offense in the NFL = explosion???? Sometimes being a Bears fan hurts right in my crotch area, this is one of those times.

How bad is the guy who replaces the worst starting offensive lineman on your team? Moving Whitehair to C make no sense. You're just sacrificing a year of development at a position he won't even play next year when he's said to be looking green at LG as it is. Might as well bring in the best Free agent out there or see what Cornelius Edison is about. I'm all about the future. They aren't winning a Super Bowl this year regardless so take the lumps where you can afford, but not at the expense of hurting someone's development. He's not already an established pro bowl tackle like Long, moving him around positions is the easiest way to eff up his development especially when he's said to already be looking green at one position. Then we he get's moved back to LG and sucks everyone will have the excuses ready. No thank you.

You mean pro bowl guard (Long) I assume? Other than that I agree with you, but having a 2nd string center and a rookie Lg is going to be problematic. God help us if something were to happen to Long for an extended period.
