Dane Brugler, draft guru at the Athletic, just put out his new mock. He has us taking George Pickens WR Georgia.

He had Darian Kinnard OL Kentucky going 3 picks later to Washington. He had Muma going at 51. He had Cine going even later.

If you had to choose between Pickens, Kinnard, Muma, and Cine, who would it be and why?

I’ve been leaning towards Kinnard who pancaked some ‘banana DLs who are going to go in the first. I also really like Muma and Cine; plus, they fill a deep need.

I really like Pickens, and wouldn't be sad, but Kinnard is a bad bitch, and he's from TN like me. So that's cool.
Right?!?

Way I see it, Kinnard gives us three options:
1.) sign Daniels and move him to C and put him at RG. He mauls mofos.
2.) try Kinnard at OC. He was a three year starter and is 6’3”, so not too tall and powerful. Sign Daniels and leave him at G.
3.) put Kinnard at RT, sign and Move Daniels to C, and move Borum to RG. Maul ‘em, maul ‘em. Mauauauaual ‘em.

Pickens or Kinnard, either one would be a great pick

Dane Brugler doesn't even know who the new brain trust is, so let's put a lot of stock into this.

I would rather have Bell over Pickens. His consistency has been insane in college. Over the last two seasons he has less that 6 receptions in a game once. He has has less that 64 yards receiving in a game once.

This receiving corp is going to need a rookie who can come in and dependable early. IMO his floor is high and that's what the Bears need.

I wonder where the two injured Bama WR's (J.Williams and J.Metchie) end up going.

If either slipped to our pick in the 2nd then i'm giving serious consideration to either one because we're gonna need at least a year with Fields and whatever offense this new coaching staff brings with him.

I said the same thing in Midway Fields Pickens thread. Wouldn't hate Pickens but would prefer Bell. Also curious to see how far Jameson Williams slides.

Can’t see Jameson getting past the Patriots in round 1.

Jalen Tolbert is someone to keep an eye on from southern Alabama. He excepted his senior bowl invite.
