"That kid is back on the escalator! I hope his pants get caught and a bloodbath ensues. It's not that I wish the kid any harm. His mother should have to suffer that horrific ordeal in order to learn to manage her child properly."

Great movie.

Good grief but you're BOTH a couple of frisky gayelles today!

it's pretty par for the course really...

Although if one did really want to analyze it, it's probably because we're poor comedians and for us the easiest punchlines come from the scatalogical and accusatory homosexual arenas. Which is not to diservice either fart jokes or gays, just that we're very comfortable with our sexuality and bodily functions and it adds an ease in making that kind of humor... which more-often-than-not is really for no audience other than eachother. It's guy love between two guys.

That and it's usually not a good idea to get us started on any kind of Kevin Smith reference.

I wish I could quote him like you guys but I love Kevin Smith flicks. I think I've seen all his flicks, Mallrats, Jersey Girl, Clerks, Clerks 2, Dogma, Zack and Miri, shit what's the one with the Chinese finger trap line. **** can't remember the title that one too, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, I think that's all of them.

It's only my favorite of his movies you left out: Chasing Amy.

Chasing Amy is finger trap one, I just couldnt remember the title. I really liked Jersey Girl. It is weird Smith is a generation before me but I understand his movies so damn much. I can't explain it I don't feel that way with any other young adult, coming of age type movies. Like the breakfast club's significance was lost on me. I'm sure it is a great movie if you get it but I didn't get it. Kevin's movies, I get them.

I always loved Kevin smith films because I was a smartass, huge into comics and wanted to be a comic book artist.

until my parents berated me into a career "that would make money". Fortunately I still draw a hell of alot, but lack the ambition to put something together independently. I need somebody to push me.

Didn't you have a cartoon you drew about a character that looked like a condom? Hun, this would be a really good point in your life to get deep into your art. it would be a really good distraction and keep you out of trouble. I think I do my best work when I am hurting. I am very envious cause I cannot draw anything.
