It's already gotten to the point that I no longer wish to engage on the subject, and would rather we talk about how great Montgomery is.
I, personally, am excited for what he could do for us next year. I don't know where we are going to get the blocking, but maybe a change in coaching will help bring out the better of our linemen that remain from Nagy's time here.

Not only up the running game with Monty & Herbert, but get them more involved in the passing game. If Fields going thru his progressions doesn't see receivers open down field, then dump it off to a back for at least 3 or 4 yards. 2nd & 6 or 7 is way better then 2nd & 10. It wasn't an accident that da Bears' 38 1/2 min. of time possession to Seattles' 21 1/2 had to do with Foles dumping the ball off to his backs. Foles had 10 completions to RBs in that game, to make downs manageable or to move the chains. Did Fields have 10 completions to Backs the whole season? That's rhetorical, so please don't respond to it. However, probably not many more. But I blame naggy ass & his "scheme" more than Fields. Foles in the Seattle game may have said to himself......f**k the "scheme"......The "scheme" sucks and so does the coach!
