Look. Cutler did about as good as he could. Give him props. I root for him to be the best in the NFL every time he steps on the field in a Bears uniform. We won. That is what matters.

And Gase has done about as well as he could with Cutler.

When you have a QB who can't throw accurately beyond 7 yards, you do what you can. I know WR screens piss some of you off. But it is what it is... Goal is to get the ball out of (the human turnover machine) Cutlers hands and into the hands of someone who can make a play as quickly as possible.

That game plan has led the team to a crap record. But it has also led Gase to consideration for HC jobs. As long as Cutler sticks to the plan and keeps throwing the bubble and the 3 yard dump off, people will think he worked miracles with Cutler.

Turned the "gunslinger" into a "game manager".

Congrats. It is what it is. We traded a game manager, 2 first round picks, and another pick for... a game manager.

As far as today, luckily, our DC is one of the best in the NFL and put in a great game plan. That and Martin choking up the ball a lot helped.

A phantom facemask and a solid defense bailed out Cutlers inability to throw a ball more than 3 yards and got us a win. It is what it is. I'll take it.
What is it?

Idiotoc, biased, flawed, and wrong as usual? Laughable. Blinded by hate. He looks really smart ragging again knowing Cutler has an amazing healthy OL, TEs, and wr core yet still making plays lol

It may be...but he has been wasted like David Carr. He was traded for and our GM failed to build around him period. Dude was getting crushed and developed bad habits he cant get rid of......happy feet, back foot throwing, etc. He developed a bad internal clock.

Not his fault. When someone is physically restricted, you do what you can. Never said it was his fault. He's just not able to throw the ball accurately beyond 5 yards.

So, our OC adjusted.

And he had to. Have to pad those stats to get his HC job.

Haha.

How do you survive on your own?

Anywho, corvettes are for losers

Nope. Cutler played well. A shit team beat another shit team. That is basically it.

Yea JC is calling the plays, OL cant block longer then 1.5 seconds and no real WR all season long but yea that's JC's fault. Should JC do better in my eyes yes BUT he's doing what the staff wants not what he wants too. Last game when he HELD IT TOO LONG he was trying to get something . DAMNED if you do DAMNED if you don't crowd

Please explain the other years when he had arguably the best weapons in football......was he Brady like?

3 yard routes are about as effective as running the ball on 1st, 2nd and 3rd...

They can't.

They can't. That would upset their agenda.

Cutler is having one of his best years ever in terms of QB rating.

Yet.... He is still losing.

And he wasn't even whispered to be a pro-bowler.

Cutler fans are peplexed...

Its going to get ignored here, but Im tired of excuses....they act like dude is putting up Rodgers numbers(who by the way ihas shit oline, hurt WRs, etc). Rodgers is having a bad year, yet has 29tds and 6ints.....and worst rating in awhile....yet still all better than our improved guy.

I find myself wanting to buy a pick up as of late. Used to own a F150 XLT, and loved it.

I care less about Cutler being a pro bowler. And as for the Bears being still losers, we all knew that going in. This isn't on Cutler. This is on a shit team failing to put an offensive line together and an average at best head coach and timid at best offensive coordinator.

Cutler is at least an NFL average qb. In my book a bit more than that. But, they have a bad LT, a horrible RG, and a bad C. The wide-outs on this team today were really below average. All in all, to put their troubles on Jay Cutler is ridiculous.
